      I bought a used vehicle fron this business. I started having problems after the first week. I took the vehicle back to them and told them the problems I was having. They said that they would get it looked at. After I got it back from them I was told that I had to take it to a mopar dealer. Took the vehicle to Landers for the repairs. Now I have a bill for a vehicle that has been in the shop more than I have had it. I have tried to get them to reconcile the bill but I have not been able to talk to the used car manager. My salesman stopped answering my calls also. I have returned to the business 3 times and have not gotten an answer from anyone. I have had the vehicle 2 months and only have had it in my possession for about 3 weeks.

      Had all 4 tires on my truck stolen and got it in to y’all to get tires and wheels replaced. It has now been about 3 weeks since yall got the truck and in contact with me. Rims have yet to even be ordered. During this process we were told one thing to have it taken back and changed the same day. Happened at least 4-5 times. **** who has been handling the case on chevys end has admittedly “messed up” 3-4 times and the only person effected by this is me and my family because I cannot get where I need to without the truck.

      We were able to address and resolve the customer's concerns. We replaced all four of the customer's wheels and tires with OEM parts and were able to have their vehicle ready for pick up 12/6.

      Today I went to Chevyland Chevrolet Dealership in Shreveport LA. To purchase a vehicle. The vehicle had a sale sticker in the window.

      The dealership refused to honor the price on the sticker and stated it was put on by mistake.

      On 03/25/2024 Mr. ***** ***** came to our dealership shopping for a new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado.  We have 84 new 2024 Silverado's in stock and we recently applied new labels on many of the new silverado's with the advertised special prices on them.  Mr. ***** found that stock #240275 (2024 Chevy Silverado, VIN: 1GCUDDED6RZ146694) had a label applied to it with a $41,995 price on it.  That truck has an MSRP of $57,245 and the label that was on it was placed there by mistake.  We caught the mistake immediately and explained to Mr. ***** that this was a mistake and we removed the label.  Mr. ***** told us that if we did not honor the pricing that he was going to leave poor reviews and contact the Better Business Bureau.  He was also wanting us to apply the special interest rate of 2.9% to that price structure.  The 2.9% is a stand alone program from GM that is offered in lieu of rebate - it is an either/or program:  Either you can take the large rebate OR you can take the special interest rate.  So even if we could honor the misapplied pricing label (which we cannot) - we couldn't mix the 2 programs together.  Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

      I submitted a request for cancellation of GAP insurance on my vehicle. I was told that it takes a couple of weeks to process a refund, the cancellation was to be effective for October of last year and I spoke to someone in January of 2024 and have not received a refund for the GAP insurance cancellation.

      Regarding Complaint ID: ******** filed by ****** *****, her Gap insurance cancellation was processed by the leinholder Ally Financial. Chevyland receives a monthly statement of dealer transactions in which we get charged back for all gap charges that were processed during that month. We were charged for ****** *****s gap in the month of October 2023. To confirm, yesterday on March 14,2024, our accounting representative **** ****** spoke with total loss department at Ally Financial and they confirmed that in a total loss claim such as this, Ally applies all refunds to the customers account and in the event of an overage(which the customer did have) Ally (the lienholder) sends a refund to the customer. Ally did not indicate the refund amount but confirmed they sent out a refund check to Ms. Scott on October 27, 2023.

      I went to get my car service at Chevland because I had yelllow leaking coming from my car. Found out the it was a head gasket that was leaking. Chevyland repaired the leak on my 2016 Black Malibu which took about week and half. I went to pay for my car on Monday 2/12/24 early that morning a few hours after they open. The problem I’m having is that my car got damaged while in Chevyland care. Around the driver window the chrome part was damaged and paint was scraped off like someone was trying to break in my car. I call to talk to the service department manager **** and from 2/12/24 I haven’t received a response from him since. I call back and the young lady ***** got nasty and said that she didn’t take the and I told whether she did or not just related the messages that I have call more that once because communication is need to be done and she hung up in my face. I was giving a card on the day of picking up my car after paying for and met the part owner of Chevyland ***** ********** and he thank me for giving Chevyland my business and he gave me a his personal card if I need anything or a problem give him a call. After not getting a call from **** the service department manager I called ***** ********** the part owner of Chevyland. He was apologetic to what happened and we agreed to met up this morning at on 2/16/24 because I told him I would be in the area. He said great. I call his direct number and was able to leave a voicemail because he didn’t answer. I also call out there to Chevyland and was told that ***** ********** wasn’t there today because I didn’t want to waste my time going there and not being able to talk to him. NO RESPONSE?? Bad Communication and I feel like that they didn’t care to even be concern about what happened to my car while it was in their care.

      If you will change name and email to ********************** **** ****** is no longer with us im the new service manager. Also i have spoken with mrs. ****** and she came in and all the work to her car was performed correctly and those werent even her issues. She had some damage on her car but i showed her before and after pictures here on our cameras and wasnt there when it left. So i explained to her had to of happend somehwere else and gave her a price to fix it and she was happy and thanked me.

      The work I had on my engine was taken care of was done. The problem was my car was damaged out there around the driver window. Yes he showed me a picture that wasn’t clear and I was not standing by car and I didn’t thank him and l just left the premises with the price he quoted of $430.00 to fixed the damage that was caused at Chevyland. The service manager is ****. He was not very pleasurable to talk with showed no signs of kindness as the owner did. I was very disappointed.

      At this point i guess its a he said or she said. Although i can replay the footage with audio. I went above and beyond to let the customer know that if we did the damage here at chevyland we would glady take care of it which is why we have cameras everywhere with audio. I showed her pictures before and after leaving the premises and was very clear the damage was not there. I hate that shes unhappy after i tried to help her with a quote of repairing the parts. Seemed like a kind conversation to me. Really not much us i can do to help her if she doesnt want to believe me or the pictures.

      This is unacceptable but BBB have the right to believe Chevyland respond.  I know that **** did not show before and after pictures of my vehicle.  I know how I took my car in there and it was damaged.  I appreciate your taking the time for replying back to me.  I’m know what happened and I was never shown any video at all.  Where do I reach out to now when I have a problem with a company?

      I purchased a 2020 Chevy Tahoe on 1/26/2024. On 2/5/2024 the vehicles check engine light came on while at my job. Tried to get Chevyland to tow it but they declined saying they don't have a tow truck. Tuesday morning 2/6/2024 my insurance had it towed. I asked for the check back. They did offer to fix the vehicle and put me in a courtesy car until the vehicle is fixed(still no courtesy car). I called back that Wednesday 2/7/2024 to tell Chevy I no longer wanted the truck due to the camshaft and lifters going out in the truck. An employee name *** called Wednesday made another offer. It is 2/12/2024 and I have not heard anything regarding the status of the check being returned or another vehicle.

      I bought a 2020 Kia Forte Aug 20,2022. First week tire kept going flat chevyland put air in it never checked it. I took it and got it plugged at another shop. Two weeks later tail light went out. Then next center brake light went out which ******* fixed. Thursday Dec 8, 2022 I broke down 300 miles from home bc car won't shift when warm. Called chevyland I was informed they had no techs qualified to work on the kia I bought from them to take it to kia. So I paid $360 to trailer it back to Kia in Shreveport over 300 miles. I was told when I bought the car but the Road advantage warranty and their shop would take car of any drive train problems that happened and a rent car would be covered under warranty. I paid $1500 for that warranty. I owe $24,000 on the car made 3 payments now my car sits at kia who tells me they can't even tell me when they will diagnose car. I paid out of pocket $719 for one week rental from xxxxxxxx to get to work so I can make a car payment on a car I can't drive and Chevyland has done nothing to help in this situation. xxxxxxxxxxxx won't even help with rental until car is diagnosed. I've called several times and even emailed chevyland in the last few days with no response. When I bought the car the salesman was so kind to even use my cell phone to place his own google review for me. I need my car fixed or I need a replacement vehicle and this situation remedied so I can get to and from work without going bankrupt from paying for rental cars.
