      The car was taken to Valvoline on 7/17/23 @1:00 pm. I stayed in the car for 45 minutes they had a problem getting the filter off,finally it was said that it would changed and oil was put back into the car so I tried to leave but the car didn't start I was told it had something to do with the air filter wasn't put back right after it was cked so they fixed it and I left not checking to see if the oil and oil filter was changed, so the oil change should last for at least 3000 miles I drove the car for 1000 miles at the most I use the car for work and driving around the city I am 5 minutes from my house and work, so on 4/23 /24 I was driving home from work and the engine light came on and it started to run rough wasn't pulling I took it to A&B auto, after checking it they said the OIL FILTER/OIL was bad the didn't have much oil in it, so I call Valvoline and make a claim #********* , the manager went by A&B and picked up the oil filter and they were going to investigate it and call me back and as of today I haven't heard from them my car is still in the shop I sent them a demand letter asking them to fix my car and still haven't heard anything from them about a settlement of the claim today is 6/5/24 A&B can confirm my statement as to the damage to the vehicle. A&B Auto repair is in Bossier city on Texas Street, thanks for any help on this matter
