    I paid Generator SuperCenter $337.00 to service my Generac generator; however this service was never completed. I placed a phone call to **** who tells me that he will definitely have someone do the work; however no one ever showed up once again to complete the service. Now, I am unable to get in touch with anyone at this business to get a refund.

    We purchased a Generac from Generator Supercenter Heartland of Shreveport in 2024. Our Generac was installed, paid in full and has been working great. Our maintenance agree was due for 2025 and we paid the total amount due for the year in August. We have been trying to get maintenance service on our Generac since July. I have spent alot of hours on the telephone, emails and internet trying to get an answer as to why we have not gotten maintenance service on our Generac. Promises were made to us that someone would come service our Generac. No one ever showed up. Telephone calls went to voicemail and finally telephone numbers were cut off. Emails were answered by Generac Power Systems and I was generated a case number. I was told there was a block or restriction affecting the service operations. I was finally told Generator Supercenter Heartland went out of business and another company would be buying this company. I was also told if I wanted service on our Generac, I would have to call a licensed Electrician and pay for the maintence call out of my own pocket. I spoke with someone in the Houston Corporate Office and was told that I would receive a reimbrusement for the total amount I paid for a year's maintenance agreement at some point in the future. As of November 2025, no one has reached out to us. This has been a nightmare.for us.

    I would say do not do business with this location. I paid for the warranty and the unit all in cash. Now that I need to have my unit serviced. They are not honoring the warranty. They will not return my calls. I know I've called them for the last 4 months, they make false promises when they do answer. I will never, never, never do business with them again. Now I'm having to pay out of my pocket to call another service location to businesses out to service my unit. I just had this unit 1 year. I'm having to spend $500.00 now just to have my 1 year old unit serviced. When I paid for a 10 year warranty. I plan to take them to court.
