  Never received the Blueprint services. Jan 18 is when they started and after having me to pay all the money upfront(a mistake on my part) the communication with the designer been sketchy. I was told it would take 6 weeks to complete, the project started in Jan and now it is Jun. and not completed. I have emailed the designer James with CC the owner ******* numerous times to ask if the plans are finished and no response. I want the plans completed to my liking or I want a full refund of the $1875. Below is the proposal

  structural systems as necessary Quantify overall Scope, size, materials, systems, and intended style of project,
  provide pertinent plans elevations and sections, and confirm preliminary budget.
  CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS:
  Upon approval of Schematic Design and preliminary budget, we will then provide STAMPED & ENGINEERED
  documents for construction, along with a fixed price proposal to construct.
  DESIGN FEES DUE IN ADVANCE:
  $1875.00

  ***** ******** paid for design services on January 18, 2023 with the agreement that it could take up to 6 weeks for drawings. When her set of drawings would be complete and sent over to her , she would then follow with another requested revision. This was done a total of 7 times. She also had 2 3-D drawings as well. All of this was done at no extra cost to her which is not something our company typically does. After a 2nd revision , Ms. ******** should have been charged each time she wanted to make a change. Our company can only guarantee a complete set of drawings in that 6 week time frame if there aren't any revisions.  The last revision requested by Ms. ******** was on June 22, 2023 and her plans were updated to her request the following day on June 23rd. Her plans were then sent again on July 6, 2023 when she requested again. 

  
  

  As of this short summary for Ms. ********'s design services , I am unsure as to why this complaint was filed as it is very untrue.

  I am rejecting this response because: I spent a lot of time running behind this company that I can't get back. I advise anyone to not do business with this company because they will request ALL money upfront and then disappear. It took 7 months for them to complete something they suppose to complete in 6 weeks because they would go ghost on you. The only reason things are complete now is because he saw the BBB and contacted me.
