I went to weprint101 on 12/31/2020 at *********************************************************************** to place an order for a birthday banner. The order number OHA ***** for $201.71 was paid in full because of the fast deadline. The owner ***** waited on me and assure me my order will be ready on 1-07-21 because the party was on January 10, 2021. I called several times and no answer. The hour of operation is not correct on the answering machine. I went to the ******* location where I placed the order on 1-09-21 and no one was there. I tried calling many times at all the locations but no answer. I kept calling and going to the company several times by the person who does the print on the cars told me to keep calling. Even though the event date was over I continue to call and pass by the shop but still no answer or no one working except for the person who print wraps the cars. He looked through the items and didn't see my items or anything with my name. I left notes and messages on the phone with no replies. I started an email on March 16, 2021, stating that I paid for the merchandise in full but still haven't received my items. On March 11 someone from the company emailed me and said they will call me shortly. I never got a call but went to the location and still no merchandise. On May 27, 2021, I sent another email out asking for my merchandise or a refund or credit. As of today, I still drive to the business when I am around the area but still have been trying to get a resolution to this problem. Please help because this company is misusing people hard earn money without any explanations.
