I brought a vehicle from Mossy Motors on July 1st. The car fax was clean and I was told that the vehicle had no accidents. I took the car to get serviced because I noticed that the vehicle would shake when I braked. When I took it to the mechanic I was asked had I been in an accident with the vehicle and I said no. The gentleman informed me that the vehicle had been in an accident before and that the front bumper had been replaced. He told me that any competent dealership would have seen the signs that the vehicle had been damaged if they had looked over the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and talked to the ********************* the sales man and the general manager *************************. The ** asked me why I feel as though the vehicle was in an accident and when I pointed out the issues he had me reapply for financing to get into another vehicle. I did not want financial compensation and offered to sell the vehicle back to the dealership for what it was currently worth. I was told by the sales person, ********************* that "they could not buy it back because I owned the vehicle". I feel as though the car dealership committed consumer fraud because either they did an inspection and noticed the damage and lied to get me into the car or they did not do an inspection and told me they did in order to get me into the car.
