Reason for 5 stars is if this dump is for a person looking for dope, prostitutes, guns, looking to be strong armed and/or robbed only after to paying the front desk ***** for a 1 bed shower toilet with no TV no hygiene with one torn sheet holes in the wall ************** neighboring rooms are a literal dump with garbage filled almost to the roof. If you are looking for STDS, guns AR 15 included. These may someday be used on u are your loved ones. If your life means nothing at all to ******* like to live life on edge n unsafe as there is no NOPD presence apparently they are to chicken ****, if your looking to join a gang if your looking for dope. If your looking to die via get shot , OD or die from an STD if your looking for a loved one with a lost sole being a slave to there pimps n addictions (all the pimps live upstairs plus the fat black guy u have to pay just to stay there so that 80 to the front plus the fat black guy upstairs right behind the lobby it's going to cost you at least ****** for everything g I just mentioned. I have stayed at the h*** 5xs only trying to get someone I love away from it. I have seen and experienced all this with my own eyes. If your a murderer or hiding out from the law this is the place for u. Trust me I will do everything humanly possible to get this place shut down..including pictures and audio. This is not a threat it's simply what it is and the community needs to know. Shut this place down it and it's occupants are a risk to the community. Deplorable despicable. I did report to nopd about the actions *************** has happened. I was there 2 days ago trying again to save someone but I was the 1 who got strong armed. Everything I listed here is ***************** u have a role in this also I was told. BBB NOPD please do something close this h*** hole. Do not let this thugs continue to operate out of this unsafe unhealthy place. DO your ducking jobTear it down. I will go to the gov. Even test me. **** l love u.

Hi ***, We are sincerely sorry to hear of all the horrible things you seem to experience when continuously coming to rent a room from our motel. It sounds like you have a relationship with a very lost, broken girl and Im sure that can not be easy for you. People sometimes can not be saved by others, they have to make the choice to take the road to a better life on their own. Unfortunately, we are familiar with this all too much, and every week we hold AA Big Book studies for anyone who wants to hear the message, we try very hard to help show people the way to a better life and encourage and promote this lifestyle and anyone who is interested is welcome. As for the illegal activities you described, they seem quite a bit exaggerated, there is nobody who would be allowed to charge someone who rented a room from us to then charge the guest an additional fee. Im not sure who or what charged you, but it sounds like you paid for a service that is illegal and that does not help us in our ongoing fight to stop inappropriate things from happening, the same things you just listed about our place that you disapprove of. We as a family (and we are indeed just that, a strong family unit) and an established business in our community do everything we are capable of doing to stop and prevent any illegal activities on our property. However we are unfortunately unable to fight every single fight alone, we do our best to do what we can, but we do indeed have the New ************************* on our side and have agreed to help us get our place back to its normal standard where long term guests come to stay with us. The **** is very short staffed but they will intervening to assist our neighborhood and community prevent any dangerous situations from arising and we look forward to assisting them in their efforts to help clean up our section of the community. You said you have stayed with us approximately five times, we would love to have you come back and stay with us again, but unfortunately it sounds like you would never be accommodated here with us to your liking, so we would suggest reaching out to your friend and offering help. We are very sorry you are uncomfortable here and hope you can find the right place for you. As for pleading with anyone who will listen to knock this place down that would be a horrid thing to happen to a very historical place. We have been here in this exact location for over 75 years and there has been so many beautiful memories here for almost an entire century. There will always be *** and downs within the city and our area has always been on the higher end for crime rates but we are confident in our neighbors and the police department and ourselves as a team to get our motel back in shape and be a welcoming and interesting and important part of the city.
