On January 6th, 2022, I dropped my truck off at the Hotel Monteleone's Public Parking Garage off of *** ********* **. New Orleans, Louisiana. The valet driver "Sixx", I believe whose real name is Leroy according to the manager Stephen C****** parked my truck and when I got back to the garage and "Sixx" returned my truck, I noticed the driver side rear of the bed of the truck had been hit with great signs of damage. I than confronted the driver and the other workers about it and they claimed they did not hit anything. I than got in touch with the garage manager "James" and explained what happened and reviewed the security cameras in the garage to see the incident. The beginning of the film showed the truck being first pulled in and parked with no damage to that side of the bed. When the driver was parking the truck, the camera footage showed him backing up extremely close to another vehicle and than quickly slammed the brakes and than getting in the parking spot and parking my truck. When he returned my truck, although they did not have a camera to show the angle as to which my truck got really close to the other vehicle and the brakes where slammed, when the driver pulled my truck out, you can clearly see the light reflecting differently on that side of the bed from where the dents were than made. I had than finally, after fighting for it, got in touch with the Hotel Manager, "Stephen Ca****" and explained what had happened. He was not aware of the incident and therefor I told him exactly what happened and who I had speaked with. I sent him the pictures and the price estimate from a local body shop in Covington, La upon his request. He said he doesn't see how they're at fault when the truck was brought to this with no defects and film shows how close the truck got to the other vehicle and also shows the light reflecting off the dents. They only want to pay half of the cost to repair it. I have been patient, but now it is going to far and need it fixed.
