    I have attempted for the last few weeks to resolve an issue getting a ***. My insurance company, **************, has reached out on my behalf multiple times only to get hung up on by the company. This has been an ongoing and recurring issue.The company will report that either the insurance company or the provider (doctor's office) did not respond in a timely manner; however, I have been in touch with both and they both state that this is not the case. I placed my order in early October, supplies were sent, but were incorrectly coded do my medical insurance by the business. Insurance asked them to resubmit but they would rather send an outdated model while other authorization is sought (this was told to my insurance company). My insurance company told me that their customer service would reach out to resolve the issue. That was on Thursday, Nov. 14. No representative from the company has reached out as of yet.When dealing with supplies related to control of Type 1 Diabetes, it is of the utmost essence that supplies be provided in a timely manner. Now, my CGM is expiring, I have no replacement, and I have no means to resolve the issue as the company tells me a different story each time I reach out.

    On Monday March 18 my wife got Dexcom senors sent to our home..My wife told ****** and it's parent company Diabetes Management & supplies before they ship out senors to please call us to let us know how much they were going to be. They did not do that and ship them anyway. Last year wife was able to get unit at no cost because she met her out pocket on her insurance. So we told them we are a fixed income and disable so needed to know ahead of time. We have try over the past two weeks to get a return shipping address label..we keep getting the run around and getting switched to different departments. We hope the corp. office would help but they told us it was their parent company's responsibility to send return address label. The unit itself does not work right. so my wife still has to poke her fingers.. We feel they are both acting in bad faith. The address to their parent company is *************************************************************************. We only live ************************************************************************************** one. It would costs us 865 dollars for a three month supply of senors for a unit that does not work right.

So if you like it is up to your office if you want to keep it open or close my complaint..thanks for your time

    Your phone number ************** has not worked for three days and I am in need of my supplies and I have called Medtronic to see if they can help. I find no other place or number to call.

    Diabetes Management and Supplies (DMS) provided Insulin Pump and Continuous Glucose Monitor supplies in December of 2021 (almost 2 years ago) but have still yet to file a claim with my insurance. In November of 2022 they sent me a bill for $2474.76 (account number ******. Since receiving the first bill last November I have called their billing department a dozen or more times to try to get this issue resolved. DMS temporarily suspends the bill, but after a few months of inaction on their part the balance becomes active and I repeat the cycle of calling and the claim not being submitted. I have checked with my insurance company (****) via phone multiple times and they have confirmed that they have not received a claim. I also check the **** claims website almost every week.For the last 2 months I have been attempting to escalate this issue to a DMS manager but have been unsuccessful. 2-3 times I have been promised a call back but no manager has returned my call. I have also asked for DMS to provide an itemized bill for services/supplies provided so that I can submit the claim to insurance myself but that has also been unsuccessful. My insurance covered diabetes supplies in full, so if DMS had submitted in a timely manner this would be a non-issue. DMS has had almost 2 years to submit this claim. They are well beyond the **** insurance timely filing limit of 12 months, so **** will likely deny the claim and it is unclear whether I can successfully appeal. And after almost two years of waiting I have lost hope that DMS can or will submit the claim. At this point I would like DMS to admit their negligence in this manner and send me a letter indicating that I have a zero balance so that we can both move on. I am tired of wasting both my time and DMS Billing Representative hours over this matter.

    I paid this bill back in January of this year. I have called them every month and provided them with the confirmation and proof of the payment but they have turned me over to a collection agency for nonpayment. i have been fighting this for months, several times a month. They are unwilling to resolve this even though i have provided the proof of the payment with these attached documents.

    Because of my insurance carrier, I have no choice but to use this company for supplies to control my type 1 diabetes. Every order goes wrong. Delayed, wrong items sent, will not send propose items until they receive the improper ones backand that means I have to manage my I,Knesset without the supplies, which is very difficult. And, there is almost no way to talk to anyone who actually works there since their customer service is outsourced and the people answering the phone cannot access information. I have to count on 2-3 hour waits on the phone. My latest order has not been shipped and it should be here by now. Every 3 months this place is a nightmare. They are trusted to provide medical equipment necessary for life, but they are careless and impossible to speak with in the event things go wrongand they always do.

    I purchased diabetic supplies from this company and needed a itemized receipt for my Health Spending Account and have requested multiple times and they say they will send, but never do. I will have to repay $783.30 to my Health Spending Account if I don't receive. I called today, Feb. 13, 2023, and they had noted that I called 1/4/23, but no one has yet reviewed. They told me they can't give me a time frame that someone will review. I have called about 5 times in over a year and keep getting the run around. My late husband was the patient and was alive when we made the initial requested and I was authorized to handle as he was unable to care for himself or handle any business on his own. I am looking for a date of service of 3/26/21 in the amount of $783.30 for ****************************** DOB 3-12-1970 DOD 03-16-2022. I have attached a copy of the request from my health spending account. ANY help is appreciated!!!! Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, *************************** ************

    I ordered my pump supplies before Thanksgiving 2022. *************** have been calling them trying to get my supplies. One thing after another. They claim the doctors information is blurred parts are missing that they can not read it. They doctors office send and sends and sends. They are hard to work with. Theyre hard to reach the reps dont know whats going on. And when there is no one to pull it together for the patient. I am a type 1 diabetic I NEED these supplies and they do not care if I ever get them. *******************

Reps ******** LIE, saying that my glucose sensors are in the shipping department and will be sent TODAY via overnight **** When I don&#**;t receive them, I call again. Again, reps ******** lie, saying that my glucose sensors are in the shipping department and will be sent today via overnight **** Day 3, Again, another phone call - reps ******** lie, saying that my glucose sensors are in the shipping department and will be sent today via overnight **** We are talking about Type 1 H313033****3034303532H here. Judging by the way my last rep handled my call, she talked over me during the conversation, I had very little hope for a completed order. And, sure enough, no tracking info from **** As a reminder, we are talking about type 1 diabetes here. I wish there was a way to have this company removed as the SOLE provider of diabetes H3237**363737313135**H for Blue ******************* If I initiate a refill order, I have been told quote according to our last shipment date, it is too early to ship your refill order. So, on one hand, they claim that it is too early to ship and on the other hand, when you are out of H3237**363737313135**H, they claim the order is "in the shipping department and will be sent today via *** overnight." *** standard LIE! So, we senior Type 1 Diabetics go without medical necessities!

    I have had trouble with diabeties management since i had to start using them. im always running out of my supplies. Now im out of the supplies that gives me insulin through out the day cause i have a pump. they tell me they cant send it till the 9 jan. my ins said they can refill it now.
