      We had ***** come out on 6/21/24 to look at getting plantation shutters installed in our home. He required payment before proceeding- we paid $1562.00. He came out again to color match and we approved the shade. We then hadn't heard from him and eventually he responded that he had lost color match stick- so we needed to rematch color. We went through color matching process again and hadn't heard from him again for months. He randomly called one morning and said they were on the way to install shutters- when installer came, it was the wrong product and the shutters were damaged/broken wood in multiple places. He apologized for this and said they would work on getting replacements as soon as possible. Since then, we have called multiple times and sent multiple text messages with zero response.
