    I am writing to file a complaint against S&S Turnkey Construction, specifically ***** as the contractor. From September 2022 to March 20th 2023, my experience with this company has been extremely unsatisfactory and I have faced multiple issues with their work and behavior. He was paid more than 60k and I provided a majority of the materials and supplies necessary to execute the contract. Firstly, I hired them to paint the entire interior of my downstairs unit home, but they only applied one coat of paint, and the home requires 2-3 coats. There are shadows on the wall and requires me to hire another contractor to complete the job properly. Secondly, ***** hired a electrician who left exposed wiring under my home, which is a serious safety hazard and damaged my island base. His workers did not fully remove old kitchen, installed interior doors incorrectly, left holes around outlets, used incorrect color and did not finish trim on a 14k exterior paint job, and more.Furthermore, during my interactions with *****, I was called out of my name which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, he did not pay some of his sub-contractors, which caused issues with the work. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and care for his work. Due to *****'s poor work style, he was unable to find reliable subcontractors, and as a result, I faced a lot of difficulties in getting the work completed in a timely manner. The quality of work was extremely poor, and he did not check his workers' finished work, leaving me to repeatedly follow up with him to complete the poorly done work. Additionally, he left trash in my yard for long periods of time.This has caused me a great deal of stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Overall, my experience with S&S Turnkey Construction and ***** has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Additional concerns were relayed to him AFTER payment, he did not come back to complete the work as promised.

    I would like a refund of 5k to support the fixing of poor workmanship and not properly completing the job to code/properly.
