      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Interface Security Systems, LLC regarding an issue I have encountered with their services. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a satisfactory resolution. The issue began during the week of February *****, 2025, when I experienced problems with my security camera system, including no camera feeds, no playback, and cameras completely blacking out. A technician came on Monday, February 17, 2025, but left without resolving the issue. Around March 1, my cameras went out again, and after waiting a week to see if the issue would resolve itself, I called Interface. A technician was scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, between 12-4 p.m. Two technicians arrived and, after two or more hours of troubleshooting, were informed by the camera company that it was a system-wide problem affecting the 400-series cameras and that they would be contacted once a solution was found. However, I later spoke to a friend who uses the same company, and he reported no issues with his cameras. After not hearing back from Interface, I called again because I needed functional cameras due to ongoing construction around my home and the presence of valuable equipment, tools, and materials. A technician arrived on Friday, March 21, and repeatedly contacted Interface support. After a couple of hours, support provided him with a code, but he stated that he did not have clearance to use it, so he left without resolving the issue. Interface called me around noon on Sunday, March 23, stating that the soonest they could send their "best technician" would be Monday, March 31, between 8 a.m. and noon. This means I will have been without functional service for over a month. However, no one from the company has offered this as a solution. Despite repeated apologies for the ongoing issues, I have received no discounts, refunds, or resolutions.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Interface Security Systems regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Interface Security contacted me via phone in 4/14/2025 to discuss a solution.  They are sending a technician to try and resolve the camera issues on 4/15/2025 between 12 - 4 pm.

      After the appointment, I will reach out to BBB to update any solutions offered by the company.
