Called this business to fix a slow drain in my restroom on 3/14. Did not show up as they said they would on 3/15, but said they would do the job on overtime. Got blown off again on 3/18 and waited until 3/19 and 3/20 for a combined 3 hours of work over those two days for them just to run an extension cord to the problem and call it fixed. Invoice charged said they replaced my float at the septic tank. They did not do this. I was told they jerry rigged a plug so they could come back later from the plumbers doing the job. My problem is not solved, the float was not replaced from what the plumbers doing the work communicated, For how high the price was, I asked if I could pay later when I get the full itemized invoice. They said that we could do this and took my card info as security. I called to ask if I was charged overtime for how high labor was as this seemed very high on the written document. I was told no and that my card would be charged for the full amount and this was not negotiable. Was not told this up front. Shady dealings getting my payment for this unfinished job. Please see attached in the upload section. This job is not worth $532.00 and shady business communication. I would like the money back for the difference of the float the invoice lied about from what I was told was happening from the people doing the job.
