            My employer currently uses Liviniti as a pharmacy benefits provider. I submitted a reimbursement for a pharmacy bill that I paid out of pocket in September of 2023. I have contacted Liviniti on several occasions and have been told by multiple customer service representatives that a payment has been sent to my address on file. In early January of 2024 I spoke with a customer service representative to request the status of my reimbursement and was told that the address on file was incorrect and I provided them with an updated address. I spoke with a supervisor on January 31st and was informed that the reimbursement has not been processed and it could take 60 to 90 days. I am totally frustrated by the lack of professionalism and processes by Liviniti considering that this is the business that they are in. It should not take six months to process a reimbursement.

            My husband’s company switched from their provider to Liviniti. They are the most incompetent and difficult company I have ever worked with. It is literally like they are trying to prevent me from getting my medicines. I have called over 50 times and have spent over 4 hours total on the phone trying to sort my medicines out and I still do not have them. If you are interviewing with a company that offers this prescription coverage run far far away,
