    I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma on January 8 2025 for $9000.00 in cash. I took one trip downsouth and on the way back home one of the drive shaft clips broke off. And mind you this is after having the truck for only a week. I was never told that the vehicle was wrecked. And I was also told by two different people that this vehicle had been wrecked and the whole frame was bent. Also it has been over two months now and I still have no title for this vehicle and is getting the run around from the owner. When I went back to him to tell him everything all I got was a responds telling me legally he has 120 days to get me a title and he rewrote out a new paper plate for another 60 days. And the owners response to everything that is wrong with the truck was he told me to post it on marketplace and told him how do you expect me to sell it with no title. And I got no response from him after that.

    In a nutshell purchased a vehicle that broke down in two days due to prior condition--motor mount missing causing motor to dall onto tire rod and fracturing it. Unfixable and useless

    Car would have never driven without a motor mount. Axle would have had to have some sort of impact for axle to break. We sent driver to pick up car when we thought it was a mechanical failure and he discovered that had grass a debris from running off road. Vehicle has clean car fax report at time of vehicle purchase. Customer test drove vehicle and it never failed to operate properly.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There are two motor mounts and if one is damage the car will operate. The grass under the car was from the axle broking and the driver would have no control. The motor mount was damage causing the motor to drop onto axle.Could not find any facts about the car after 2017 the last person purchased the car for 100.00
