I purchased a piece of equipment that was purchased from them with warranty until September of 2023. My equipment has repeatedly broke down with electrical issues in the recent days. I was in the process of loading my equipment on my trailer when it decided to break down leaving me stranded not about to use truck, trailer, nor equipment. When I called Williams equipment I was told there would be a $130.00 fee to come out and was also going to be charged a fee for "whatever else." I ask what the whatever else fee would be and they couldn't tell me for a while until there was a big argument between myself and them. The total would be $555.00 to come get it on my trailer for me to haul to them. Let me remind you the equipment was purchased from them along with warranty and they're trying to make me pay fees that are covered under warranty. Backup a few months I broke down with a part that was also covered under warranty but I was charged for it plus an overnight fee. The next day the part didn't come in and I was told the part was never ordered even after I was charged. It caused my downtime to raise from 1 day to 3. After that the equipment broke down again needing the final drive replaced. The part was ordered under warranty arriving a week later to be the wrong part was ordered, so they returned the wrong part and reordered the right part causing my downtime to jump from one week to 2 weeks. This company is a complete crooked place to do business and I would definitely not recommend anyone to do any type of business there.
