Refunds or Exchange Issues - Consumers allege the business fails to honor promised refunds, exchanges, or credits. Complainants state they encounter difficulty when attempting to contact the business to make exchanges when the products received have defects. Consumers also state refunds are promised with 7 to 10 days and it has taken up to several weeks to months which is passed the deadline for refund disputes with their banks.
Delivery Issues - Consumers allege that the business is either late on the delivery of products or fails to deliver products. Other consumers stated that they received the wrong or damaged products and that it took weeks/months to receive the corrected items.
Customer Service Issues - Consumers allege the business fails to provide promise, assistance, or support for products and services. Complaints state the business gives dates that consumers can expect their product or refunds but, when the products or refunds are not in, the consumers are not told. Consumers also state they have to be the ones to keep reaching out to the business to follow up on issues, or file complaints with the BBB to get matters resolved.

BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning disputes regarding a failure to honor company policy or verbal commitment to provide refunds, exchanges, or credit for products or services. Delay of delivery or failure to deliver ordered merchandise or materials. The product does not meet the expectations of the complainant, including defective merchandise, incorrect products received, or damaged products.
