    Harper moters is the worst dealership, i have ever done business with, May 30th I filed a insurance claim for flood damage, progressive came out, an had it towed to Harper’s for repairs, they fixed a fuse block and called me an told me they would have to repair the starter, i didnt have the money for repairs at the time, so I towed the car home, got home and looked under the hood of my car, all of my coil packs and spark plugs, engine cover where sitting on top of motor not connected, or put back together, Harper Moters came to my home and worked on it, I sent the vehicle back two weeks later, Harper motors put on a starter and made some repairs and told me to pick the car up four days later the car caught on fire, it was engulfed in flames The owner refused to do anything to help me with my claim or to help me get a new vehicle, worst company ever

    Unfortunately, there are some pertinent facts missing from this customer review. This description is very misleading, in that the customer’s issue is with her vehicle insurance provider and not our dealership. When the customer’s vehicle was in our service department, we performed only the repairs that the customer authorized payment for. After diagnosing the vehicle, which had been driven through a flooded street by the customer and damaged as a result of that, many further repairs were needed, which the customer was informed of, but refused. The incident in which the vehicle caught fire took place after the customer had re-established possession of the vehicle and denied the necessary repairs recommended by our service department.
