    I changed ************* on July 1st, 2024 and the old *********** is still taking premiums out of my checking account. They wont give it back now. I changed in July 1, 2024! Today is Aug 7, 2024. I live on a fixed income and need my money back. In ********* you cant cover the same car twice. Pls help me get my money back from this Company. Thank you

    Hello, my name is ***,

    On August 5th, *************************** requested to cancel her policy. We told her she must sign a cancellation or send us a memo indicating this. She also got upset that a payment was take out by

    Progressive ****************** I told her that Progressive will send her the refund money back effective retroactive to 07/01/2024. She continued to use language which I will not repeat to you, that she wanted

    her money now. I told her progressive takes up to 10 days to process. She still continued to tell me that I am her agent and she wants me to give her the money. I told her it comes back to you from ********************* Company

    and it will be back dated to 07/01/2024. I tried to calm her down but she continued and she said I will complain to the BBB on me and Progressive. I also offered her the phone number to Progressive but she refused. I have serviced **************** for 14 years and had a great relationship with her. I am also sending you the paper work that was emailed to Progressive for proper cancellation procedure and also faxed to Progressive. 

    I also told **************** thank you for letting me service her over the years and that my doors are always open for her.
