    I order some andouille and 10 lbs of crawfish tails. Andouille was good. Crawfish were terrible. They smelled awful. I tried calling, posting on their website and sending a ******** message. I received no response. I am now going to throw away 9 lbs of crawfish tails as they are nasty. Don't order from this place!!!

    Two of my mayonnaise jars were opened, out of six shipped. I opened two tickets with photos showing the opened jars, but was denied a replacement. I wouldn't recommend this vendor. Their customer service just denies you any remedy and closes any tickets you open. I wish I had done more research on them before I ordered from them.

    These people have charged me $74 to ship a package worth $24!!I ordered ground delivery with them and they charged me for air delivery. Then they refused to cancel the order saying it was too late to cancel. They shipped a partial part of the order and the other items havent shipped yet but they claimed that once they start readying an order that they cannot cancel. I feel cheated because I would never ever pay $74 to ship $24 worth of product. Who in their right mind would do this?!!

    Cajun Grocer is a distributor/shipper for Blue Plate mayonnaise. We placed an order for 3 jars November 5th (2023) with ground shipping, so received it the standard 4 or 5 days later. Two of the jars had expiration dates in mid-**** as expected, but one large jar had an expiration date about 3 weeks away, December 6th, 2023. I have pictures of the date, lot number, and my order. ************'s customer service agent told me that anything over 30 days away from expiration is fine to them. When I said it wasn't even 30 days from the time I received the large jar of mayonnaise and we would never be able to use in three weeks or less, she said they couldn't give me a refund or replacement and that was it. Her attitude was flippant and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak with a Manager she made a dismissive sound and said "I AM the Manager". We've had shipping issues from Cajun Grocer over the years (poor quality packing so jars arrived smashed and opened), but did get refunds when we sent pictures. However this time our experience was unacceptable due to the attitude of the customer service agent and disregard for sending customers perishable products that expire before a reasonable person would expect they could be used **.In the end I went directly to the Blue Plate manufacturer, and their customer service was very helpful and resolved my issue.

    I ordered 15 pounds of U/10 Gulf White Shrimp - Super Jumbo (Heads on) IQF expecting approximate 135 jumbo shrimp, I received over 260 shrimp small to medium sized. I notified Cajun Grocer on January 11th via their support system to let them know that the shrimp were the wrong size, they were not U/10 sized shrimp per the website description, I believed them to be a mix of small to medium sized. I included photos of the shrimp as well. The Support System generated a message indicating receipt of my request. The following day I called to obtain a status of my request and the individual who answered my call indicated that she had spoken with the owner referred to as upper management and that he indicated the shrimp were the correct size. I reiterated to the caller that per the description on the website and the definition of U10 sized shrimp that they were not the correct size. She indicated that I could send an email to upper management, which I did and to date have not received a response. The following day I entered another update to the Support System and I still never received a response. I have been a repeat customer at Cajun Grocer since November 2021 and have referred many who have placed orders and have had similar experiences with the wrong size shrimp sent and the same response of upper management disagreement of the size of the shrimp purchased. I have in good faith trusted this business to deliver products, but have not received what was purchased. This company continues to steal from those who trust them. It is not difficult to determine a U10 (less than 10 shrimp per pound) from small to medium size shrimp (more than 20 shrimp per pound). At this point I believe that this company is committing fraud and is stealing from a lot of helpless customers who are being taken advantage of. This is criminal behavior. I do not know what else to do here, I am stuck with over 260 shrimp that I did not order.

    Order was placed to be shipped to a later day. I have proof and screenshot of my order and I tried to called them in advance and make them aware of their mistake. They are going to leave food outside on my home for more than three weeks of the day requested. I send them info about my order and proof of the selected times and even with that they could care less for the condition the food will be left. I even contacted them before they packaged was picked up from the carrier and nobody answer. They decided to call hours later. I explained to them the issues with proof and they could care less about the conditions of the food. 140 dollars wasted for a poor service. If they do this to mee they could also be doing it to other customers.
