      I Purchased a 2008 ***** Suburban **** LTZ. The car was listed at $9999 and on sale for $7499. It was the best I could find miles and body style clean inside and outside.I took it for a test drive and I rode well from what I can tell. Im not a mechanic either but it seemed fine. I get in to leave and the head lights dont work. It was day when I test drove and I thought I saw them working when I checked it. I bring this up to the front office and the man I forget his name said well we dont drive our cars at night. You can get some bulbs and we can install them for you. Sure but its 7pm and I live 1.5 hrs away. Next thing I know low oil pressure turns on and the car shuts off, the check engine light is on 3 other things come on as well. So it Thursday night. Friday I take it to the mechanic to see whats up with the check engine light. They give me a bunch of codes and look at the engine and say well you need a newer engine. Not new but not 20 years old either. So then Im like oh thats crazy. I take it to another mechanic to get a second opinion. That mechanic said you know placing new parts on this isnt going to help. So I call the dealership 3rd party warranty that I had and Im like can you see my warranty in the system. The warranty place tell me Its not there. I call the dealership back and let him know whats going on. He ask for the codes and I tell him. Now this man isnt a mechanic either. He wanna argue all day with me about what codes are and how simple it would be to fix it and how he dont drive the cars. He claimed that he sends it to a shop to make sure that they are in good working condition. He says well you have a warranty and I says sir I called my paperwork wasnt even in the system. So I take it back to the mechanic and they give me the price quote for the ability to rebuild an engine. $3500 and that warranty that the owner or manager of the dealership was so adamant would cover the price of an engine was laughable. It covered $1200.

      On July 6th, 2022, I financed a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic for my daughter. Upon test driving the car, there was no check engine light on. So we went through with the purchase. Soon as we made the purchase and my daughter got on the highway, the check engine light came on. I then called *******************, the dealer, back and told him that the check engine light had came on and when it was checked, it was something with the turbo and converters in the engine. He then told us to bring in the car so he could get it fixed out of his own pocket. He then started dodging our calls and being as my daughter had no other way of getting around and had to work, it took her sometime to get the car to him. Once she finally did, he took it and put it in the shop, stating that he would fix it out his pocket again. While there, his secretary even reminded him that he did state he would pay out his own pocket to fix the vehicle. After he put the car in the shop, the mechanic then called my daughter and said he could not proceed with the service because ***** decided not to pay for it after hearing what was wrong with the vehicle. I have on recording what ***** said to the mechanic. Now the car is in the shop and its going to cost $2000 to fix it because the converter is not covered under the warranty, and he refuses to fix it still. The Audio I have from the mechanic will not upload, but I can still provide it.

      I purchased a car from Car City Autoplex. My transmission needed to be replaced within 5 days. *********************** will not replace my transmission even after promising to do so. I have been waiting 2 months for my car to be fixed. It still isnt. I am paying notes on a car I cant drive.
