    I have a Whirlpool washing machine..on 10/13 I contacted customer ********************** because the lid was locked. The 16th, a technician came and just assessed the situation (he was not told to repair)..the next day, called and was told the price and labor...agreed..customer ********************** said that it will be this week (no set day)Each day we call and the response is that "someone will be in touch"Today the 20th, we call and escalate to a manager. Now..we are told that the part has NOT been ordered because the labor MUST BE PAID BEFORE ordering the parts. We have called for over a week and NOT ONE REP stated that information. Every day we have called a few times and NOT ONE PERSON MADE THAT DISCLAIMER ...I have never paid for services upfront...consultation..yes...Pay for a job not done..NO..Paid the service fee and still did not receive a day that my machine will be fixed.I WANT TO SEE THIS POLICY....because at this point. This company will never earn my business again nor my recommendation.

    Not an honest or reliable company! We have been trying to get our dryer repaired for about 2-3 months now. Unfortunately this is the only company the manufacturer has in our area that can service the dryer. It took 2 visits for the technician to "diagnose" the issue. On the 2nd visit, he determined a part needed to be replaced so he ordered the part. We waited I guess about 2 weeks for that to come in. He showed up at our home, told my fiance that the part was broken and he would have to order another, we waited another couple of weeks and are still trying to get the part replaced weeks later. They won't make an appt, they just give a time frame. I made arrangements for my son to be at my home during that time frame so the tech could come replace the part and he refused to come in because my son did not have an ID. So then I made arrangements to get off of work early, another tech came and didn't have the part nor any idea what was going on-he just wanted to "diagnose" the issue again. Come to find out, the first tech made notes that he replaced the part already which is a lie! NO parts were replaced-when I called the company to sort it out, they insisted the dryer was already fixed-so basically they are accusing us of lying when their tech is the one lying. I feel like they are milking the job for money and jerking us around in the process. All the while we are having to waste our time, taking off of work while they jerk us around. I would never choose to do business with this company.

    Hello, Ms. ******* Thank you for sharing your insight into your service experience. To elaborate on the information you have provided, there are a few points we would like to clarify. Regarding our scheduling, we assign timeframe in lieu of specific times, which is a practice that allows us to optimize our technicians' routes. We see from our records that our technicians initial visit was on 7/13/2023, during which time he installed parts on the appliance to resolve the issue with your Dryer. After verifying the machine was functioning within manufacturers specifications our ticket was closed with the issue having been resolved. On 8/23/2023, over a month later, we spoke with you again and you noted you were having an issue with the same appliance. When the technician returned on 8/25/2023 he assessed the appliance and noted that the parts would need to be ordered and replaced. When the technician returned on 9/11/2023 the ordered parts were installed, and despite the unit not making noise at the time he was kind enough to schedule a follow up appointment on 9/15/2023. On 9/15/2023 it appears that you, or your fianc called in to reschedule the appointment to the following Monday 9/18/2023. Upon arrival the technician was met with two younger individuals disembarking a bus. Neither of which could provide identification to validate their claim to be of the age of majority, so the technician followed our protocol of needing an adult on site in any occupied home. We certainly hope you understand the importance and practicality of this policy. Also, to be clear, on warranty repairs we are not compensated until service has been completed. So truly it is everyones best interest that repairs are completed as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
