Good Evening, My name is ***************************** and I**;m filing a complaint about an insurance agency called the H3537**3430333433H L.L.C. which is located at ******************************************************************. This company is owned by ************************ (cell # ************ and office#************). On 7/3/23, I cancelled my liability insurance as well as turned in my licence plate to be processed by this company but they failed to turn it in to the ****** I did everything his employee asked me to do during this process along with paying the $10.00 fee. I Later found out that my license was never processed when I attempted to get a duplicate license and was told that my license was blocked and I owed a fine of $800.00 plus additional fees due to their failure to turn my plate in since July. When I contacted ***************, he told me that he would take care of this matter but all he did was turn in my extremely late licence plate without clearing me of these fines and I would like to know how can I fight such a heinous crime such as this? you can reach me at: *************) Thank You ***************************** I was even asked to bring my registration so that she canI was unable to find the receipt for my license plate but I do have a printout from the *** which have the date when I turned in my policy which is the same day that my plate was turned in. **************** decided after realizing his employee**;s mistake to not fix the problem as he promised but to wash his hands of of the matter leaving me with an $800.00 fine after having my plate in their possession since July 3rd 2023Business response

In response to complaint from Mr. ***************************** who had purchased an auto insurance policy from me and thats how I got to know him. He then came to office on 7/3/2023 and wanted me to cancel his insurance and license plate but I was not here at the time. But we did cancel his insurance because we have access to his policy so we did the cancellation like instructed. He also wanted us to cancel his license plate but we could not do his plate because he did not leave his registration to be able to cancel his plate. My assistant also told him that the only person that can cancel plate was me but did not know that ********************** did not leave or have a good phone number on file for us to call him. ********************** did not follow up with his license plate to see if it was cancelled and that is his error because I was not able to call him. When he called back I had him send me copy of his registration so that I could cancel his plate, therefore, I cancelled his plate the day that he sent me the registration. To finalize this complaint, if ********************** would have left his phone number for me to call him back to let him know that I could not cancel plate this would not have happened. When he came in to cancel auto insurance it was done on the same day and when he came or sent me his registration I also cancelled his plate the next day in a timely manner. If ********************** would have followed up with registration on July 5th this would not have happened.
