I have been trying to close not all but some of my checking and savings account with this *********************************************. I sent several messages requesting the closure and was told I had to call. When I call I was on hold for over an hour and a half and the second time an hour. I cant get a hold of anyone at the institution to close the accounts. I requested a manager to contact me and nothing.Business Response

06/15/2025 I made a big mistake starting an account with **********************. Considering their accounts are insured up to 1 million, I thought this bank was serious about maintaining a positive relationship with its clients. It is impossible to deposit a check on the app. I cannot reach anyone by phone. I have been on hold for one hour as I am typing this. Have tried to reach every possible extension. Their phone system *****. They deceptively advertised 5% *** on their money market, and as soon as people signed up, they reduced the rate from 5 to 4.4%. I have never seen such a big jump in any other bank before, and it was effective immediately. This bank should really be investigated for deceiving consumers.Business Response

Regarding the recent change to the Elite Money Market rate, please note that this account type has a variable rate. Since its launch in October of 2024, the rate has consistently remained at or above 5%. While a rate adjustment did occur on June 1st, the Elite Money Market account continues to offer one of the most competitive rates available in ******************

I was charged 4 overdraft charges because I was affected by the *********** delay of checks, I work for ****** ************************ , my check was suppose to post 1/17/25 it posted on 1/22/25. I had an over posted on18/20/21/22 due to this matter. The representative Mrs ****** whom I spoke to @12:10 1/23 states she can only credit one because this was not Onpath fault. I feel that this is very uncompassionate being that I have been a member for sometime with this facility. I was in the process of purchasing a house. My credit counselor *** I got together and called *** concerning my automobile loan. They told me if I was to not miss any of my payments for this year, my automobile loan would be paid off in 2022. Before I knew it, they told me I owed $10,000 more on my automobile. I called them several times trying to address the matter. I told them it must be a mistake. They told me it was not a mistake and that I missed payments in July, September, May, December, and August of 2018; January, February, March,April, and May of 2019; and February of 2020.I explained that I had funds being deposited directly into that account from my two jobs -Goodwill Industry, ********* ****** ************ and Plaquemines Parish ************. They told me to go online and check my payment history. I went on the website to check my direct deposit and they were not there. None of my direct deposits were in my account; it looked like my account was hacked. My bank account and my ********************** report was hacked. It looked like they tried to put my bank account back up there but there were only four statements and Plaquemines Parish only paid once on the 25th of every month and the payment dates were all wrong which they also had double printed bank statements but I did not see anything dealing with Goodwill Industry or ********* ****** on my statements.I did not refinance my auto loan. Also, I did not have any account dealing with ************************** a credit card came in the mail dealing with them and they called saying I have an account with them that was opened in 2019, though I did not sign anything with OnPath. Can you kindly look into this matter for me and allow my payments to be postponed until this situation is corrected?Direct Deposit This are my payroll checks going into ASI credit union. I feel my bank may be changing its customers unfairly I have three over draft that totals $96 for 9/19/23 and my check post 9/19/23 the representative **** who I spoke to at 5:00 today when I call ************ said it was because the funds where pulled before the check post. She had zero compassion and processed to tell me about a fee waiver back in June. However I do have over draft protection because sometimes I need it and Im willing to pay for those no matter the reason but to be charge for no reason I definitely think that isnt the way to treat your customers because we need them just like they need us. Account#: ************* I was charged a $32 non-sufficient funds fee for a $32 non-sufficient funds fee. I submitted an online dispute form regarding the actual transactions that caused the overdraft but I do not agree with charging me an additional fee for your fee. Also, all of these charges happened within an hour.
