    0 Stars if I could. Wouldn't let me finish speaking, hung up on me, and was unprofessional in tone and guidance. I ended up having to figure out info I needed by calling different departments of the hospital I went to figure out where a potential missed bill might be from - then I was told that I had to contact Southern Credit Recovery again after I paid the bill...super unprofessional and will give you attitude and hang up on you when you ask clarifying questions

    The situation originated from the consumer not understanding the billing practices of the individual service providers. Each provider bills seperate from each other. She was calling the wrong provider for information they couldn't provide to her.The agent was trying to explain that to her, and it only added to her frustration and the call ending on a not so good note. Agents are trained to advise a caller when they are about to end the call because of communication issues.
