    I asked for a clean that would focus on my baseboards & then have monthly light maintenance. I was told they would arrive on 5/1/24 between 10:30am-11:00am. The housecleaners arrived at 11:19am. I made it clear to ****** via text, I wanted them to focus on the baseboards. They did not clean the baseboards very well. During the clean, one of the workers broke a towel rack, toilet paper holder, and part of a vase in the main bathroom. They did not clean the laundry room at all. I phoned ****************************** and let her know what happened. She said they would return to clean the baseboards, laundry room and fix the towel rack and toilet paper holder on 5/8/24. I reached out to ****** and she said they couldn't come that day because of child care issues with the worker. She said they can come that Friday 5/10/24. They did not come. No one contacted me to tell me they needed to cancel again. ****** said they forgot to come back and clean the areas via text. I called ********* on 5/11/24 who said they would refund the entire cost ($185.00) of the clean by the end of the week which would be 5/18/24. To date have not received a refund. I texted ********* on 5/20/24 asking about the status of the refund and have not heard a response from them.
