All tours are reserved and held either with a partial payment or payment in full with an internet reservation. For group private tours, we require a 14 day cancellation unless weather is a factor in the cancellation. If weather causes us or the client to cancel, we allow a reservation to cancel 2 hours from the tour. Extreme cold, high winds or dangerous rain/lightning. If the above issues are followed, a refund will be allowed and given. If a client fails to claim a reservation, then there is no refund.
For prepaid internet reservations, we allow cancellation up to 24 hours for travel delays. Under unusual circumstances, such as illness, we do allow up to two hour cancellation to get a refund.That will be based upon case by case.
