              This company is completely horrible to deal with. I'm honestly not sure what they do for a living. In my experience, they contract out the entire administration of claims to a company called Minuteman Adjusters. And Minuteman Adjusters is completely unresponsive - their employees don't answer calls or emails, and it's almost impossible to reach the head office in MI. The one time I did reach them they advised to use the same email which had been unresponsive. See their 1 our of 5 start Google Review for further reference. Upon contacting Riverlands - you know, the company we actually paid money to for insurance! - the response from BJ and Colette was to simply "try contacting Minuteman Adjusters again, and call back if you have any problems"! This was the response on multiple occasions, which is indeed the definition of shirking one's duty. Still have no idea as to how we'll recover funds from this claim. Absolutely recommend against using this company as they simply pass off their responsibility to a remarkably irresponsible and unresponsive third-party and do not help in resolving the issue and closing out claims.
