    Mr. ********** installed air conditioning and heat in my brand new home in 2020. In the last year, he came to my home twice to inspect why my air-conditioning was not keeping the house cool. Both times he blew it off and stated nothing was wrong with my air-conditioning. He failed to inspect the system internally. When my uncle grew suspicious and questioned him as of how there could be nothing wrong, Mr. ********** grew aggravated, barged out, and stated he is not coming back, while the house is still under warranty, and installation was completed by him. I had to contact another air-conditioning company who successfully came out, inspected the system and found a broken part. They replaced it and I had to pay $1000 to fix the problem. I’m sad to report that Mr. ********** was not willing to do the job for me And blew it off both times. Please be careful of his lack of effort to inspect his own internal work and not find the problem so it can be fixed!!
