    On August 21, 2022, I purchased a Palm Tree from Felix Farms in the amount of $2,800. Our sales rep that came to our home and installed the tree was Kaleb B****** He had some issues with installing the tree due to their late arrival and it became dark and started to rain. They were able to install the tree, however, they also tore our newly installed sod in the yard up and left deep holes in the yard. Kaleb informed me that he would be back with an order of sod to fix the mess they made. A couple weeks later, the leaves on the tree began to go brown including the branches. I reported it to Kaleb and he informed me that the tree was probably in shock. He mentioned that he would be coming that weekend with the order of sod and to check the tree. He never showed up. I reached out to him again to inquire on his coming. He apologized and said he was coming the following weekend. He still never showed up. I sent him another message and asked if the tree should still be in shock. He said it shouldn't. I asked when he was planning to come back out with the sod and to check the tree. It's been over 3 weeks and I still have not received any reply from Kaleb. I called and no one answers. Our tree appears to be either dying or not planted correctly. It continues to turn brown, and I am getting absolutely no response from Kaleb B****** At this point, I would like a refund.
