    On October 4, 2024 I ordered 41 bags of Ragin Cajun dry beans. I paid Cajun Crate $244.75 for this order. The order number was 44487. As of today, November 22, 2024, I have not received this order. I would like, either my order delivered or my money back. There is no phone number to call them. They say on their website to fill out a form, to report problems, but there is no form. I’ve ordered from them before and had no problem. I’m on a fixed income and $244.75 is a lot of money to me.

    On December 6, 2023 I ordered a 4 shipment subscription from Cajun Crate for $155 for an out of state recipient and was charged the full amount to my credit card on 12/25/2023. By February 8, 2024 the first shipment had not arrived, but was shipped once I emailed Cajun Crate to advise them and provide details of the subscription. The recipient was very happy and sent photos of the items. In September I learned no other shipments had been received and tried again to contact Cajun Crate. There is no phone number on their site and the "paperclip" referenced on their customer support contact page to attach info does not exist. I sent 5 emails to customer support between 9/20/24 and 10/1/24 asking to be contacted, and finally asking to have the remaining amount refunded. I have had with no response now several weeks later. My gift turned out not to be a gift and my money was taken. I would like a refund of $116 which is 75% of the subscription value refunded. as soon as possible.
    This is really too bad because I had used the service twice before to great response from the recipients.

    Placed order for 3 subscriptions as gifts which included 4 boxes be delivered within a 12 month period for each subscription from Cajun Crate. My invoice is dated 1/1/24 in the amount of $155.00 for each subscription. The boxes were to be delivered to recipients approximately in February, June, September and December. To date, only 1 box was delivered to each recipient in February. The next box indicates it was scheduled for June but has not been shipped. Also, each of my subscriptions indicate they have been cancelled. I have sent emails but have not received any responses and cannot find a phone number that works to contact the company. The company is Cajun Crate in Lafayette Louisiana. The total payment to this company was $465.00 and my calculation is that I have only received $116.25 of my order.

    At this point I would like to just get a refund and will no longer do business with this company. I can be contacted for further information if necessary.

    Ordered their annual subscription box in March. They said it would arrive in June. No shipment has been received. No response from email or phone. My card was charged for $155 on March 23,2024.
