    "This is more of a FYI review-before you deal with Giles Subaru read all the reviews and check the class action law suits against Subaru--sure wish I had cost me big bucks-my car in my opinion was to dangerous to be on the road almost caused several wreaks(three)-Giles said nothing was wrong-car was there twice and when I asked for them to contact Subaru USA on my behalf I was told NO I would have to do it myself-which I did- 23 e-mails later plus numerous phone calls nothing done to fix the many problems-they Subaru said the sent a team to check out the car drove it three miles-big test-due to all the law suits Subaru could not and would not admit anything was wrong-the last straw was traveling at 55mph on La 31 nothing close one car over 50 yards in front so far I couldn't tell what color it was-the car started flashing and beeping than slamed on the brakes all my it self--so close to getting rear ended-that was it -car off the road--lost $3500 for seven months-Giles called after a few reviews were posted and offered me nothing-saying wish we knew--my answer you did know two long e-mails plus a lady called saying she was Mr Giles secretary and someone would be contacting me with in 48 hours--never happened-not saying the are all bad-but I sure got a bad one-so do your homework and make your own decision"
