      Our trash was missed and they refused to do anything about it. No credit or no pick up will be done and it’s been FOUR days. We have nowhere to place our current trash. Spoke to 1 representative and 1 manager who both argued me down stating they had video footage of me not putting trash to the road. I saw the footage and it was not even the correct road or home which I just reported. We need some resolve. We already confirmed we have no missed payments. I also let them know that our neighbors houses were missed also and was told he picked up everyone’s trash in the area. Again we need a resolve.

      A video link was sent 2 times to Ms. Duhon providing evidence that her can was not out at the time the driver arrived at her home on her day of service, which was Friday, September 12th at 11:55 a.m. If the BBB would like a copy of this video, please provide an email address that this can be forwarded to.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Since starting, they have missed pickup three times. I’ve had to call multiple times for each missed pick up. The last time I called “Logan” was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with. She has zero customer service skills. I was trying to answer the questions she was asking but she kept talking over me. So I asked her to please stop to let me answer the question. She rudely said no that it’s her job to keep talking and I needed to stop talking. Again THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. In my opinion this is unacceptable in a bussiness on top of constantly missing pick ups. I even verified that my trash can would in an easily accessible site. The supervisor assured me it was in a good spot. Yet they still don’t pick it up.

      Trash can knocked over and will leave it in a ditch full of water while full of trash and not even pick it up CSR says no they don't get out of the truck and won't do anything if trash can gets knocked over so you'll have to wait till next week

      Don't deliver new cans in timely manner (3+ weeks) and trash/recycling collection is routinely skipped. Calling the company makes no difference, they don't follow thru on anything they say they will do. Personally I think they will start getting trash dropped off at their offices soon because they are shirking the services they are PAID to do. If I could give zero stars I would.

      New service in Lafayette, pick up scheduled Tuesday and does now show up until saturday after several phone calls
      Would not recommend to others.
