    I received this electric wheel chair late October 2023 it worked fine for a couple of months and then I have had trouble, ongoing trouble and I've had to reach out about this matter more than once. At present time I reported the present claim for service October the 1st 2024 was my initial contact and I haven't got any real response except when I try calling back and I was told they were trying to figure out whether it was under warranty. The electric wheel chair is not even a year old. I took it upon myself to take it to a authorized dealer for this electric wheel chair and had them give it a diagnostic Rundown and it mechanically didn't stand up to the test I reported this to them and have not heard back from them yet
