"Very poor craftsmanship, they use third party labor from other countries, and refuses to take responsibility for any defects during building of our home. We have nail pops & sheetrock tape separating from the sheetrock that Manuel Builder refuses to do anything about because they say we only have a one-year warranty on cosmetics but most of this didn't happen until after a year was up." ...
