      My *********** switched our account to ********* earlier this year. We went over a few things, deciding to make a Home Equity Loan, reaching out to them for assistance. The Loan was for 75% of the value of my home, not full. With in 24 hours, & with upfront transparency of my former financial blip due to a health concern and the changing of jobs, we were denied. Thats fine, although I turned in all requested documentation of bills to be paid, terms were discussed, our income and combined credit score was on the up. His alone was close to 800. I requested a relook, which was done by branch manager, not Home Equity team who regretted to inform me that with my past dues, as I said I was 100 % upfront about the situation, they could not approve us. This was within 48 hours of initial rejection. Cited was the *** fees on the new account. Granted, yes there were, but the direct deposits were not transferred correctly, I moved money as soon as I caught it. Fast forward to today, we got the Loan from another bank, based on my husbands income and credit alone. Of course we switched banks. I did what i could to transfer all debits etc, a few getting by me before I got everything set up and settled. ********* didnt pay them, & you know what, they shouldnt have to. But, they charged me for the item trying to process through my account. Now, I paid every single fee that I incurred while briefly with that bank. I have the app, and other mobile banking features still set up requesting text notifications when something at a certain amount clears the accounts or the balance is under a certain threshold. Today they called, the account has been negative for 26 days, well Ive got no notification of that. I called to request they remove it, as I said I have paid everything requested. She said nope, I will refund one if you dont pay it we will send you to collections, and you will be charged for a collections fee.. This is ridiculous, they are being a bully and it s Wrong!
