The community consists of twenty five (25) rental homes which are subsidized by Section 8 Vouchers and designated for low income households comprised of a variety of multifamily renters. The beauty of this project is that it will allow for home ownership after fifteen years, from the date the community opened, to those who would otherwise be unable to gain affordable housing.
