We are a licensed (IRS Enrolled Agent) firm able to prepare any type of tax return from the simplest to the most complex.  We also provide complete bookkeeping and payroll services as well as IRS and Louisiana tax problem solving services.  We are open all year long and have extended hours of operation during tax filing season (January 20 thru April 15).

Payment methods
We accept cash, checks with drivers license ID, credit and debit cards.  Payment is due when we give you the work and efile your return.  We also can deduct your fee bill from your tax refund, assuming you have a refund by efiling the return as a bank product (Refund Advantage).
Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not refund a fee once we have finished and given you the work.  We give you the opportunity to review any completed work when you come in to pick it up.  In the unlikely event that we have entered a number wrong in the tax program from the information you have provided to us, we will be responsible for any interest or penalty you may owe the IRS or state, but not the tax you would have owed anyway.  We can't be responsible for information inaccuracy caused by any failure of yours to provide us with all of the information, such as not giving us all of your W-2's or 1099's.
