I spent a total of $975.43 at BleachBright in hopes to have my teeth whitened with the claim from one of their employees that it will last for 24 months. I respectly called customer service to let them know that just after the 3 day.....even after the first hour the results did NOT last. I also called because I noticed the expiration on the home kits as well doesn't last very long. I wanted a refund. I should not have to keep a product if the first treatment on my teeth at the kioske does not last even for a WEEK! The claim was 24 months. I have been mislead, and taken advantage of. This isnt right. Many ****** reviews also attest that claim doesnt whiten at all. For the first hour I noticed it was white. There after, it was normal. On day 3 I was disappointed and had to speak up. I do believe however with the surrounding blue lights, the effect was greater than reality. I never try to cause trouble. I don't want anyone fired. I just want justice. I was so excited to take the products home and share with a friend. I do not believe I should keep a product after realizing that the claim to use the product after the 24 months has past for maintenance, if an in house treatment last no longer than an hour. Not to mention, the expiration on the box expires in 2023.....less than a year from now I just want my REFUND on the $162.57 I spent on the hour treatment...The $731.57 I spent on the Maintenace lights, kits, toothpastes, and gels......And the $81.29 I spent on a "special light" that boosts whitening of the products. It's all baloney. It's a total of $975.43.Please consider my honest review. I was really looking forward to this. This is not out of regret or remorse on how much I spent, but rather a regret on believing a product works when it does not in reality! It's a scam. I am not a satisfied customer. And neither are the hundreds of people on ******. ************ ***********************************
