  Okay so this is everything according to the website that I sent you ******** if you look at the screenshots that I took for you you see the ads that are playing across the screen as well as you noticed where you can click that says upgrade to ad free that is where he charges you a subscription fee of $5 through ******. Also do you see where my screenshots that I sent you where it says he sells your information to third party websites and nowhere on his website does he have anywhere on there that says do not sell my personal information if I live in **********. Also on top of it I have Grandmal seizures and I'm going blind as a veteran his website is constantly having ads that will interrupt my music through my headphones and play out loud which oftentimes startles me ask anybody who is going blind if they get startled by loud noises or flashing the movements really quick they will tell you yes it's very irritating. I have reached out to this individual through ***** as well as ******** they don't respond at all. Not only just that but did you see where I went to message that individual and I said I needed help finding and identifying a card from my collection that I couldn't find and you see what it says you are banned from being able to utilize the forms page how was I been you never told me I don't believe I violated any terms what by placing the items for sale and individuals on his website verbally attacking me and using profanity and I am the one to be removed why did he ever have a processing server serve me a cease and desist letter no he didn't I have been blocked from being able to sell on his website for about a year now going on two years now. Isn't that a blatant violation to federal laws I believe it is I believe he's violating my constitutional rights my civil rights and furthermore targeting me because of me being a disabled veteran and because I pointed out to him that him running ads is extortion by charging a fee I'm not like most people I don't be quiet and hush hush when somebody attacks me and verbally goes off of me or tries to think I'm an idiot no I stand up for what is right and that's what I did about 3 years ago I remember I said this is such ******** on his website and he blocked me from the entire website for about a year. He tried to tell me there are children who utilize this website and not to be using foul language whenever I placed an item for sale you can ask my wife people verbally attacked me cursing me out f this f that you know nothing about cards get out of the f. *** hobby. You should have died as a veteran this way less people have to deal with you. That being said the blatant disregard and neglect this individual site owner has placed upon me why would I pay a fee for removal of ads why would I pay a fee at all if I can't even reach out to the individual who owns the website. I will say this though he is causing me such anxiety and frustration and severe health problems from utilizing his website from seizures to even having a heart problem. That I'm wondering now if I could sue him or have him arrested for his blatant disregard for what he is doing I do know he works in medical transport and I have spoken to my veterans Justice officer as well as his mayor's office for ********* and they said if I wanted to contact his medical board to file a complaint against the individual I could but I'm asking for you to help me out to help him understand just how wrong he is and tell him to reinstate me on the forms page to stop with the ads because if I fall too hard on my head let's say and I go permanently blind because of his flashing grotesque ads on his website I wouldn't even begin to tell you what I would do to that person. I served for my country for 13 years as an Army Ranger and I deployed 8 times overseas and have three purple hearts and to know that a website is caused me more hostility than *********** **** ****** or ****** in my entire lifetime I've never had to go through this type of situation I would rather walk through a minefield as I'm going blind then they have to deal with the ignorance and stupidity of society and individuals who think they are above the law such as this individual here who owns ********. it is people like me that for people like this owner who ask a soldier for support to navigate their way out of a minefield me I walked through it gracefully you know why this is because it doesn't scare me so that being said can you assist me with this individual that is blatantly taking advantage of the situation and other people as well by charging them a fee a $5 or $40 through ****** to stop his ad-bombing thank you.

  So the website ******** is an online price guide for sports cards they claim to track the card sales from **** however they violate the **** rules they don't have anywhere on the website don't sell my personal information if I live in **********. They also charge a $5 subscription fee to terminate all ads that are target based ads meaning the website ad-bombs you relentlessly about every 15 to 20 seconds you receive an ad on the website you can opt out of them but they still continuously attack you all the time and I have tried to reach out to the owner of the website through the contact us page however it says my message was blocked from going through so I messaged them on ******** and they have never responded back to me at all I then messaged them on ***** about this issue and they don't respond I have even messaged them on ******* and they don't respond at all I did have a problem with someone from ****** because I listed some cards for sale on the forums page and well this person verbally attacked me was very rude cursing me out and saying some very harsh words so I reported this to the owner and he removed me from being able to list anything for sale on the forums page. Then I reached out to them about there ads because I have Grandmal seizures and I'm going blind as a disabled veteran and tried to explain to him that I have Grandmal seizures but he doesn't respond at all not even one time. I have filed a complaint with *** and the ************************* so I'm wanting to get help for this individual on top of it they say in there terms of their website they sell everyone's information to a third party and well I would like you to help out to get me reinstated on the website so I have access to the forums page as well and the fact that they charge through ****** a subscription fee $5 for no ads however it takes 12 hours to make sure the payment went through before removing the ads. Extortion I feel this is & I'm being blocked for doing nothing wrong why.

  So wanted to bring to your attention that I did remove the ads from being shown on my Android smartphone and when I did this from what the *** told me to do I couldn't log in to this website at all it had to show me ads in order for me to be even accessible to the website with my login I've tried to explain to the owner several times that I am going blind as a veteran I have Grandmal seizures and that is website is basically going to kill me that's why I don't like to spend that much time on it and for whatever reason he has blocked me completely from utilizing the forms page getting help on the website when I can't locate a card that I own in my collection on top of it he does not respond to anything that I email him or contact us on the website I can't even contact the individual. He wants to charge me a $5 Fee and this is basically through a subscription through ****** he said it takes 12 hours for him to verify that the payment goes through and then once it goes through he will no longer send you ads to your login now I have contacted these ads that I'm receiving like the advertising companies and I have opted out of it and I still received it. If you can please help me out with this individual because I have messages individual have a good 45 times and they have never once responded back to me on ***** ******* or ******* or ******** they block you on ******** my wife and they blocked her account as well and she is in minority and Hispanic.
