I have to say...this has been the worst service/customer service experience I have EVER received. We dropped off our camper here to be fixed two weeks ago because they said they are certified and qualified to do the repairs we needed. Our fridge would turn on but not cool, and our c02 alarm would go off daily. Weve had to call for updates because they never took the time to call us about anything going on. When I called last week for an update I was told by ***** (who will lie and tell you hes the owner, hes the manager) were scratching our heads because we dont know whats wrong with the fridge or how to fix it. As far as the c02 alarm, it says the battery is low but weve had the camper plugged in this whole time so it may be the converter that needs to be replaced... im not sure. So now they tell us the camper is ready...What did they do? Just looked at everything. The only thing we ask for that was actually followed through was an LP test. Aside from that, He wants to charge us $150 for scratching his head for two weeks unable to figure out whats wrong with the fridge (as a CERTIFIED technician need I remind you) and another $150 for fixing The C02 alarm...when he didnt do anything to it. He also complained that we called for updates on our camper. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Dont waste your time and money here, they treat you like dirt and charge certified prices even when they cant seem to fix or find solutions to your campers needs.Also, dont waste your time trying to get the owners info... The owner has made the mistake of allowing ***** to be in charge. H*** never give you the info and will tell you that h*** have the owner call you, but dont hold your breath.Word of advice to the owner of Bayouland RV, get a manager with better manners and customer service skills. You may also want to check on your certified technicians and make sure they are qualified to be working there
