    On 11/19/2022 I met with ***** a representative of ** Maison Creole to make a deposit for a Christmas Social to be held on December 18, 2022. I made a deposit in the amount of $600. I was told that the contract would be emailed and we finalize the menu 2 weeks before the event. I hadn't received an email by Wednesday, November 23, 2022 I reached out to ***** at ************ and there was no answer. I sent a text message no response. Yesterday, December 13, 2022, I contacted *********************** via telephone at ************ and told him about my situation he supposedly took my information and assured me that he would call me the same day by close of business at 6 pm. I have yet to receive a call from him. I would like my deposit back.

    I signed a contract for catering in 08/2022 with La Maison Creole to provide catering services for a wedding rehearsal lunch on 10/08/2022 for pick up at 1:30pm for ***** people. I paid the $600.00 deposit on 08/22/2022. My check was cashed on 08/31/2022. Two and half weeks prior to the event, I tried multiple times to contact ************************* regarding final plans and payment. He refused to take my multiple daily calls and emails. He never returned my call. The day before the event , my husband went to the venue and final found ****. He assured my husband that we were his priority and the services will be fulfilled on agreed time and date . The day of , **** again confirmed the services . We should up to get the catered food at agreed time and date on 0/08/2022 at 1:30pm . **** was not there at agreed time. When **** called us back at later time at 1:45pm . He states that the food was ready and he would bring to our house around 2-2:30pm. He did not show up. At 3pm , We tried to call **** and he refused our phone calls. We had to buy food and ******* and Canes . **** still is refusing our call and text. I can not get my money back .I would like my refund of 600$
