To start from the very beginning, I paid a 100$ deposit a month before March 9th ( the day of the party) when I paid the deposit i paid for 20 kids , 25 adults 5 pizzas 6 drink pitchers , and the Bug party room with 7 tables and a 2 hour time period in the room . two days before the party , March 7th i called to just confirm everything because i never got my confirmation call/email . i was told that everything i was trying to confirm was incorrect they didn’t even enter my party into the system they wrote it on a sticky note and lost it after lots of back and fourth i was told that they put me in the small room and only had me down for 15 children . which was really frustrating considering i have numerous adults coming to see my daughter , we needed the big room . march 9th - upon arriving for her party we had to all pile up in the waiting area and couldn’t even go back until 3:08 when we got back their my entire family was starting to really arrive and they had nowhere to sit so the manager ******** allowed us to go into the big room once the party in there left and told us we had the last party to take our time . we did that , once the pizza came out at around 4 they didn’t let anyone know so i had to hurdle my family , and then i asked if we could do cake after because they didn’t give me any routine , so right after pizza i followed it with cake and gifts in the middle of gifts i was told we had 5 minutes to get done and get out that they had another party , so i was very upset , with that nobody helped pick up the room , my family did all the work and couldn’t even watch my daughter open gifts , this isn’t even the worse part , my mother in law asked the lady for some of our money back , because it was a complete disaster, and ******** the manager told her to get out of her face that we should’ve stayed on schedule and nothing would’ve happened so after she was rude my told her she would leave a review and she screamed at me to get my family under cont
