      Okay on the morning of the transaction we ordered thru the burger king app for pick up . Once we had order picked up the try to run payment again and gave the person the wrong food in a bad wrong size and it had only egg and bacon cheese.all three sandwiches wrong suppose to b double sausage egg cheese cursaint. Large it took long so you would think they would of took the time to look not charge you for something that you won't ever see.. it not my first run in I lost 45.00 there ordered and never delivered why I don't know . It like they just choose to rob us out of food and money. I disputed it thru my bank the store manager I spoke with today said they have no control on refunds it's up to the app I have contacted support special when it happened and no email no reply. Bad business when you have an establishment and no one to resolve issues with consumers.so yes I ad to contact you guys.

      On November 1, 2024 @12:15 pm. I came to this location
      14280 Greenwell Springs Rd, Greenwell Springs, LA 70739
      I ordered my food took 10 minutes. Ordered a Whopper with cheese, pickels, mustard and ketchup only. While waiting on my meal. The guy making my burger, had gloves on and was stffing his mouth with fries and touching my food while having his fingers in his mouth. I was livid. I did not say anything. The cashier had an attitude and they were very busy. No ice for the drink. So I left my cup on the counter . I refused to eat because I was in discuss. Me being a business owner across the street will definitely contact the Food and Beverage department and the department of health. This raises all red flags that a worker is putting their saliva all over customers Food. That is very unsanitary. Not to mention the attitude from. Workers like they hate their jobs and move like turtles during busy hours. I will not be coming back.

      I have visited this Burger King 4 times in the last month, and all 4 times the lobby was closed and the restaurant was opened for drive-thru. On Sunday, I approached the door and a female worker was locking the doors in the middle of the day, stating that the restaurant was nasty and needed to be cleaned. When you call this story, no one answers so I didn't know they were not open. I am on the bus and this causes a tremendous inconvenience when I get the bus and this restaurant is not open. I had to get back on the bus to find somewhere else to eat.

      Paid $30 for my food in the burger king app for pick up at the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru I told then I had a pick up order and they said to drive to the window. The woman who claims she is assistant manager said she can't give me the food I paid for because she can't confirm it's been paid for. I show her my receipt and she still says she can't give me the food but starts to argue and yell about it until my wife drove off. $30 gone and I still have no food. Not even the first time this has happened at this store. I remember sitting at the drive thru speaker for an hour one night because they kept saying " give us 10 minutes we are doing a shift change". We went up to the window and they said " we are on shift change" until I said " you realize you've said that for an hour now right?" She said oh well they are on break right now so I can't take your order. And sure enough when I drove to go out, they were all outside smoking. It's disgusting and ridiculous that you even call this store a part of food service.

      They overcharged my credit card . I backed up to the window and showed they over charged me $11 dollars
      They would not give me a receipt either time when I ask for one. I showed them on my phone were they over charged . They got mad and I had to go inside to get them to fix it. This has happened to me before at this location. My reason for filling a complaint.

      I went to the Burger King in Prairieville, the one located on airline and in between Little Caesars and CVS. I went on my lunch break, which was around 12, when I made it to the window, I was told to hold on. After waiting about 5 minutes I told to go ahead with my order, I asked if I could have the chicken finger meal. The lady said very rudely I don't have chicken fingers I have chicken nuggets (This was my mistake, but I meant chicken fries) After she told me they didn't have chicken fingers I said Well I'll just take the chicken nugget, the person then says well if you are referring to chicken fries, we have that. I said okay that's what I meant sorry I'll take the chicken fries as a meal please; she goes on to ask what size I say small. I didn't realize she said they didn't have BBQ sauce be she was speaking so fast so I said that I would like BBQ sauce, the person said ARE YOU NOT LISTENING I JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE IT. I said ok you don't have to be rude, she said im not being rude but you are not listening to what i said. i said ya know what " she says whatttttttt" and i pull up to the window because the tone and the way she was speaking was very rude i go to this location a lot and i never have a problem. i get to the window she refuses to open the window. so, I go inside and ask to speak to manager, everyone ignored me but one of cooks. i say who is the manager he says she right here in the drive thru, me in disbelief that a manager would speak with a costumer like this I say excuse me ma'am what is your name, she said i don't have to give you, my name. I said what's corporate she told me to google it and to get out. I have never experienced someone be so rude in a setting like this before and I would really like for this to be address with her so the next person doesn't have to be treated like this. I didn't even get my lunch and she was very disrespectful
