    I thought I was getting a good deal when they quoted me $3,000 less than every other place did for my husband's truck to be fixed after the hurricane we had dropped a tree on it. The first available app. Wasn't for three months after the fact which we waited for no problem. We were also told that he would try to fix certain things without having to replace them all the way and if it did not work out we would not have to pay for that extra work. The quote we received also stated this would be a 10 day job. Here we are 7 months later and the truck that smelt like new when we brought it up there now has a fowl odor along with a burn in the seat of a truck that has never been smoked in prior to bringing it up there. There is a blue paint mark on it and this truck is green. The bumper is deformed, and there are several scratches and other cosmetic issues that have been left unattended. Along with all the excuses in the world they could think up the price for it was $2400 over the quote we were given for a crappy job that took over a half a year to not be completed as it should have been. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any so called business. I will never again use this place for anything.

    Let's start off by informing you that the vehicle is a 2003 Toyota that was considered a total loss by his insurance company.

    Mr. ***** failed to mention that we actually did over $11,000. worth of work for him but only charged him $9,100.00. The smell is more than likely from it being an 03, and from having a tree on top of it with rain pouring into the truck while at his house. Also, the tech that repaired the vehicle doesn't even smoke. Mr. ***** was informed that he was not on the schedule but he was a "fit in". We explained several times that it would be a timely job. We are booked thru September right now, and due to Covid, everything is moving slower. Materials and parts are on back order for many of our jobs. He told us that his vehicle was a total loss, that he purchased back from his insurance company, and that he couldn't drive it so we could get to it as we could fit him in. We lowered our rates for him and did many things that we didn't charge for. Mr. ***** knows what we discussed, and what repairs were agreed upon to be done to his vehicle. He was also made aware that we would attempt to repair some of the damaged panels, but if they could not be repaired then we would have to replace them. We DID NOT charge for trying to repair them. There isn't one thing on the estimate that we charged for that we didn't do. Mr. ***** left here owing us money on a previous job that we did for his wife's vehicle . He was to settle this bill with the bill on said vehicle (his truck). He refused to pay that bill (his wife's vehicle)- He also went to the detail shop that we use, and told them that we were paying for a complete detail, and left without paying that bill. Mr. ***** used foul language with my female staff to the point that my techs had to accompany her while he was at our facility. We went above and beyond to make Mr. ***** happy. We have been in business since 1968, and we take pride in our work and our customers. We hate that Mr. ***** feels this way, but we actually lost money on this job.
