      Purchased a 2024 camper and already has the 3rd water leak. Spoke to both sales managers trying to trade out of it and would not help. Very poor customer service

      Unethical, lack of communication, poor customer relations; New RV unit sold had numerous broken issues that the walk through failed to recognize. At contract signing, they acknowledged the unit was to be permanently "parked", yet to get items fixed once it was parked and we discovered major issues, we had to bring in! They sold us a $3K mobile service ( that provides reimbursement) that ultimately we had to use which cost us $600. Mobile service refused because item was factory warranty which Primeaux refused to take care of. Asked numerous times to talk to owners, no response. Strongly recommend not doing business with Primeaux ever. Hold on to your wallet!

      We certainly hate to hear we have disappointed a customer. However, we feel we have done everything we can to satisfy Mrs. *****. Mrs. ***** purchased an extended service contract which will pay for a mobile technician's time on a covered item. A local mobile service company has refused to continue doing business with the *****s because they refused to pay them. Ultimately, the mobile service company contacted us to get more details and we decided to cover their expenses ($276.25) as a goodwill gesture to the small business who let us know they will not go back to the *****'s RV. Mrs. ***** met with our fixed operations director and made an agreement to allow her family member to install a countertop so she would not have to bring the unit in. We agreed to have a technician walk them through the installation as well as pass on $405 to Mrs. ***** which was the money warranty was going to pay us for installation. Mrs. ***** was extremely thankful and the transaction was completed 3 days later. Once we held up to our end of the bargain and Mrs. ***** cashed our check, she then called our fixed operations director once again demanding we give her more money. She threatened to "bash us" on all social media platforms if we do not meet her demands. It's also worth noting we have sent a technician to her as a one time good faith gesture soon after her purchase to help with a few items. At this time, we have fulfilled all of our obligations to Mrs. *****.
