            I used this company twice in the past and had exceptional customer service. 5 years later, I call them for service-our septic tank is not working, we cannot flush toilets or run water. I have small children and am desperate. So on 2/7/23 I call at 7:30, speak with the lady that answers-very nice she assures me someone will be out that day. At 1:00 I call back, speak with her again, she assures me he will be here that day. At 4:45 my husband calls and speaks with her. She states that the job before ours ran into some issues but he is still coming. Nobody shows up. Nobody calls. It's now 2/8/23 @ 11:39 am and I still have not heard from them. Obviously I have called another company but the point is.... they still have not come to service the tank nor have they reached out after all of that yesterday. Seriously disappointed because I've never had issues with them in the past.

            We try our best to quickly respond to every customer. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out. Sometimes we do run into problems that take longer to resolve which means we may not get to the next customer as fast as we had planned. Our service technician did call on 2/8/2023 and was told that problem had been resolved.
