    This company is a scam. You buy a service from them ....phone time, messaging, tablet time. All are separate services with fees and taxes for each service. Then they switch the service and the terms and conditions of which the service that they provide. Making it impossible to use the funds for the service which you bought.
    My Example: I bought phone time to make calls I spend $50.00 only $48.00 is for the service of phone time. I spend $50.00 on tablet time for messaging, movies, music ect. Only $48.00 is available for those services. Then today June 27th 2025 they no longer allow the remaining $41.68 I have on the tablet to be used for messaging. They won't transfer the funds that I bought for messaging to be able to message. They offer all these services and make you buy each one separately and charge you taxes and fees for each one. I'm going to contact my lawyer. This is a scam. They offer the service you buy the service pay the taxes and fees and then they change how the service is offered and say that you have to purchase it under a new service with more fees and taxes. I have $41 that has been taxed and fee'd and no service.

    These people charge very unfair fees, and I believe they take advantage of people trying to communicate with their loved ones. A deposit of $20, after only $1.30 in taxes, is reduced by an ADDITIONAL $8 for FEES, resulting in only $11 actually being deposited to your account to be used for communication, for which they charge $0.50 per message, regardless of length. The customer service is terrible, and I believe their entire business model is a cash grab. Someone should do something about it.

    Too hard to contact anyone in customer service. I have sent multiple emails with no response and have tried calling multiple times to just sit and wait my turn just to have a recording come on and inform me the office is closed. Unacceptable.

    This company is really taking advantage of inmates family and friends the taxes y..I will be claiming them on my income tax,this company is a rip off..Dang on shame

    If I could rate a ZERO, I would. This is a ripoff, taking most of our $$, what do they have 1 representative to take calls? Bad customer service and they do not work the hours posted.

    This company is ripping people off. The system has to have a better way of providing families communications. They have State Tax, County Tax, Statement Fee?, Admin Fee? and Credit Card Pass - through fee. They are not providing a service they are taking advantage of bad situations. Silly making money off of unfortunate cases.

    I think this company is ridiculous the amount they charge for the fees. Other place do not charge this amount like this is outrages the fees

    1. Hidden taxes: It is unacceptable that the company is charging excessive and undisclosed taxes without providing a clear explanation. This not only unfairly affects customers but also appears to be evading tax responsibilities towards the government. It is important for the company to be transparent in its tax practices and provide clear information about the taxes being charged.
    2. service: It is not acceptable for the customer service representatives to threaten customers for asking questions or seeking resolution for a discrepancy. As customers, we have the right to receive clear answers and respectful treatment. The company should ensure that its customer service staff is trained to address customer concerns in a proper and professional manner.
    3. Lack of alternative options: It is concerning to realize that this company is the only choice for utilizing the telecommunications service. This places them in a position of power where they can take advantage of the situation and limit customer options. It is important to foster competition in the market and provide customers with viable alternatives to prevent unfair practices.
    4. One of the problems I have encountered is the lack of proper balance updates after making a deposit. It is frustrating to deposit money into my account and see that the total balance is not updated correctly. The company should ensure that deposits are accurately reflected in customers' balances to avoid confusion and misunderstandings.
    Furthermore, I intend to submit a petition for an audit to the relevant authorities to investigate the practices of this company. I invite other customers to join in this petition so that we can obtain an impartial and transparent review of the company's operations.
    I hope they take these concerns into consideration and take steps to enhance the quality of their services and customer satisfaction.
