From my experience in working with the company, they price themselves at high quality but fail to deliver on a professional level. For example, they bricked and mortar door entrances that are both unleveled, sinking inwards, and mortar that is uneven. After installing lights, they broke code by not covering the junction boxes and not bolting them with two screws into studs as a hazard preventive. They also didn’t install junction boxes to new light fixtures leaving exposed screws and wires. They punctured wholes into a brand new dish washer. Did not tighten gas lines after installing oven causing an excessive leakage in the kitchen. They made poor excuses and complaints as to why they could not perform better quality even after taking the job for example: not flushing trim, baseboards, and crown molding together without leaving more than two finger nail gaps. They will scapegoat off of subcontractors for being late on finishing or beginning project after taking half a down payment of renovation. And, when they can’t blame their subcontractors, they give excuses about taking on too many jobs at once for example: 19 jobs within two months. The reason I’m writing my poor experience about them now is because they poorly installed a brand new range hood. For several months, I noticed the range hood wasn’t working to full par. 8 months later after installation, the duct was being hung to the roof top like a swing using duck tape. The duct had fallen and was found laying against the attic floor. We’ve noticed since they left, we are starting to have issues with our electric circuit after they installed multiple light fixtures and outlets. They have not resolved these issues. I have nothing but concern that we will be finding more issues and have to spend more money for their mistakes. I remember in discussing issues with the contractor, I said I did my best as a homeowner to do research about the renovation. The contractor responded, “You shouldn’t do research.”
