- Additional Info:This business received the following compliment: Early 2014, a friend spoke with me about archery and bow hunting. Growing up as a gun hunter , I wasn't familiar with shooting a bow, but became very interested in learning. I went to Hoot & Holler Archery and met the owners, Mr. Chip Hemphill & Mrs. Kathleen Hemphill. Eventually I purchased a new bow. Being new, I was full of questions and they were full of answers. From the moment I decided to get into archery , and even before purchasing equipment from their business, Chip and Kathleen always greeted me with a smile and clearly answered my questions. It's now been several months since I have received my bow and they continue to help in any way they can, without complaining or hesitation. A short time ago,I spoke with Mr. Hemphill about an issue I believed I was having with my bow. I didn't have it with me at the time so he told me to bring it in and he'll check it out.
The day I brought my bow to Mr. Hemphill, there were multiple customers waiting to see him . When he saw me, he took my bow and checked it. There was a slight timing issue, which he immediately corrected, and whatever was wrong was fixed. In my opinion, for Mr.Hemphill to show me that kind of attention, especially when others were waiting, deserves more than just a pat on the
back. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Hoot & Holler Archery to all of my friends and family. As long as they're in business, I'll be their customer.
